Our senior attorney, Dale Jackson, handled his first real estate closing in 1982. Mr. Jackson soon became an innovator in the real estate sales agent arena by developing his concept of the real estate agent representing the buyer, which has become known all over Georgia as "Buyer's Agency."

Mr. Jackson was the founder of one of the largest real estate law firms in Georgia and was its senior/founding partner for 16 years until its sale. Since then the firm has been merged into the largest real estate firm in the southeast.
