Our innovative firm was born out of a desire to find real solutions to problems within the legal marketplace, all to make life easier for our clients and to give our partners a better way to practice their profession. What's our inspiration? People and businesses that solve real problems are what compel and motivate us in all that we do and they push us to accomplish even more. One of the things we find most rewarding and motivating is asking "Why?" and "How?" when it comes to looking at a problem. We challenge and disrupt the status quo and always ask: Can we do this better? Faster? More efficiently? Answering these questions is easier when you're inspired by the people you surround yourself with. Fortunately, at Culhane Meadows, we intentionally surround ourselves with the best of the best attorneys and we find daily inspiration among each of our partners.

The Beginning
Culhane Meadows was initially launched by four attorneys who assembled a team of dedicated and passionate business-oriented lawyers who previously worked together at several large national firms - in some cases for over 15 years. Our founders were compelled to form Culhane Meadows based on their core values and strategic vision to facilitate a team-oriented approach for delivering legal services and serving clients - while eliminating the high overhead and inefficiencies of traditional law firms. The result is a national law firm that is truly disrupting the legal marketplace and changing the way legal services are provided.

Culhane Meadows is an active member of NAMWOLF (the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms). Selection for membership is highly competitive and only preeminent law firms with the highest qualifications are accepted as member-firms to this respected organization.

What is NAMWOLF? Founded in 2001, this is a nonprofit trade association comprised of minority and women-owned law firms throughout the United States. Many corporations and public entities interested in diversifying their outside law firm ranks turn to NAMWOLF's carefully screened member firms to fulfill those needs. NAMWOLF's Law Firm Membership is comprised exclusively of AV-rated firms across the nation that represent major corporate clients. NAMWOLF assists its Law Firm Members in developing strategic alliances, coalitions, and affiliations with large corporations, in-house counsel, and other legal trade associations. Through these efforts, NAMWOLF helps empower and raise the profile of law firms like Culhane Meadows that have demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

However, we are proud to distinguish ourselves from the traditional law firm model because we remain intently focused on efficient delivery of legal services by leveraging emerging technology, while avoiding the burden of extravagant office space, excessive support staff, fancy artwork on the walls, marble columns in the lobby or other expenses that add no value or benefit to the client. In furtherance of our focus on efficiency, Culhane Meadows is comprised entirely of partner-level attorneys who can get the job done right the first time and we do not employ associate attorneys who require on-the-job training while the client foots the bill. Simply put, we deliver the best service to our clients by recruiting only the best of the best lawyers to join our team who meet our stringent candidate standards:

At least 8 years of experience in the practice of law (though most of our partners are in the 15-20 year range)
Majority of training and practice experience with a large AmLaw 200 firm (or in-house with a respected corporation)
Strong educational credentials from respected institutions
Strict compliance with the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism
Exceptional skills and knowledge in the attorney's primary practice areas
Commitment to maintaining highest levels of proficiency through continuing legal education programs
