Sheridan Green is an award-winning immigration attorney whom H Texas Magazine recently called "remarkably accomplished" with notable victories before some of the most powerful courts in the country. Among other things, he recently convinced the U.S. Supreme Court to make the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals review denials of untimely filed motions to reopen immigration proceedings, convinced the Fifth Circuit that assault is not a crime involving moral turpitude, convinced USCIS that professional wrestling benefits the nation, and convinced the U.S. State Department to forgive a reformed heroin trafficker. Mr. Green is both a business immigration lawyer and an immigration litigation appeals lawyer. He particularly enjoys developing National Interest Waiver petitions for individuals whose work is important but kind of tough to explain. Mr. Green obtained a bachelor's degree in classical studies from Brigham Young University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He loves his job and treats his clients like family.
