Cons: This law firm is the most unethical law firm in the tristate area. In their latest appealed file on behalf of the client BB&B, they lost. Under NYS WC law they are mandated to release my funds so I can receive medical treatment. On 1/25/2023 there where order the the Appeal Board to release my funds to me in 10 days, as of today they have not done so and they are not answering official correspondence from my attorneys for an explanation. Due to their merit less appeals all the way to the NYS Court of Appeals, where they also lost, I have been prevented from getting necessary surgery and treatment which is causing great health issues. Yesterday 2/7/2023, I was forced to file a Federal Law Suit against this firm, the insurance carrier and my ex employer, Bed Bath and Beyond. If you ever have a workers comp claim and this firm represents your employer DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT WITH THEM. Do not trust there lawyers suck us ADAM LOWENSTEIN OR CHRISTIAN SISON, this two are unethical at all turns. Also they will try to settle your case using a company called AMATROS FINANCIAL, please don't do it as they are not looking out for your best interest as they claim. Thank you.
