Daniel B. Rosenthal, Esq. is an experienced lawyer with a passion for serving his clients. After earning a bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University in 1985 and a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1988, Daniel spent nearly three decades working at the nation's leading law firms in New York City and in South Florida, including as a partner at national law firm Akerman LLP, before founding DBR Law, P.A. in early 2018. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, in addition to representing local companies and individuals. Daniel has appeared in state and federal courts from New York to California, throughout Florida, and before arbitrators. Daniel is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida and in numerous federal trial and appellate courts.

Daniel founded DBR Law, P.A. so that he could provide more affordable legal services to the local and regional community, and also serve as a local counsel to national companies, directly servicing the Palm Beach County and Broward County communities from a central location in Boca Raton.

Daniel also taps his former colleagues for guidance and assistance, where doing so is in the client's best legal and financial interests. This permits him to represent clients on both simple matters and larger, more complex disputes of the type that he has spent his career litigating.
