Harold (Hal) Atencio has been in practice for over 31 years and focuses his Practice on Adoptions, Foster Parent Interventions, Family Formation in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), and Estate Planning. Hal is a Fellow and current member of the Board of Trustees for the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys.
Sheryl L. Saavedra is a family law attorney who has represented family law clients for 27 years both in Litigation and collaboratively in the areas of Divorce, Custody, Parentage, Child Support, Guardianships, Adoptions, and Guardian ad Litem representation of children. Sheryl is Vice President of the University of New Mexico School of Law Alumni Board and serves as a continuing education instructor and general legal counsel to All Faiths Children's Advocacy Center.
