We formed Clark Baird Smith in 2010 because we knew that a changing economic climate demanded a new approach to how we service clients in need of top-quality counsel. So we left downtown Chicago for the suburbs, and established this firm with the primary goal of reducing our overhead so that we could deliver top-notch counsel to our clients in a way that is both result-oriented and cost-conscious.
