The Law Offices of Anthony Carbone was founded by Jersey City attorney Anthony Carbone in 1988. The firm focuses on three practices of the law - personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Since opening its doors, the law firm has helped clients throughout the Garden State with their legal needs. Our principal attorney Anthony Carbone is in court on an almost daily basis. Anthony Carbone has practiced law in New Jersey for almost 30 years. He understands the workings of the family courts, criminal courts, and civil trial courts of Hudson County. This familiarity with the court system and the tendencies of judges and prosecutors make him an effective advocate in all proceedings and negotiations.

Attorney Carbone has defended criminal defense clients ranging from indictable crime charges to disorderly persons offenses. He has lectured to other attorneys on the practice of criminal law.
