Managing Attorney Lakshmi Challa has served as Legislative Marshall for NACCB Lobby Day on Capitol Hill, in addition to meeting directly with congressional representatives on issues relating to immigration law and policy. Our firm has been invited to speak at both US and Indian universities (IITs) on immigration options for transfer to the U.S., as well as at the regional conference of National Association of Foreign Student Advisors.

We are happy to regularly contribute to a variety of publications relating to immigration strategy for business and individuals. In October 2014, Challa Law in conjunction with the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce welcomed Virginia's 7th Congressional District candidates Jack Trammell (D) and now Congressman Dave Brat (R) for a lively discussion on immigration issues at our Richmond office, exploring the concerns of increasing importance. Recently, Managing Attorney, Lakshmi Challa, made waves presenting in the first-ever SelectUSA India Roadshow held by the United States Department of Commerce. The Roadshow was held to promote U.S. foreign investment on October 13, 2015 through October 17, 2015 in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad, India.
