Our arbitration team represents clients in domestic and international arbitrations, both under major institutional rules and ad hoc and has extensive experience of commercial arbitrations, including those involving joint ventures, partnerships, and disputes arising from banking and finance transactions. We also advise on related court matters, such as the enforcement of arbitral awards.
