Previously certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Sullivan Cove has been a self-certified SDB since the SBA discontinued its certification program. We are a graduate of the Maryland Department of Transportation Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program and of the U.S. Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. We are certified as an MBE/DBE in the states of Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
We offer multi-disciplinary professional and managerial services from our two Maryland offices in Severna Park, near Annapolis, and in Lexington Park alongside the Navy's Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Sullivan Cove performs multi-year prime contractor services in law enforcement, legal support and Real Estate and Other Governmental Services. We have two General Services Administration Multiple Awards Schedule (MAS) contracts: GSA Schedule 00CORP 520 6 and GSA Schedule 84, Security, Fire and Law Enforcement. Our prime contractor contracts have been awarded by nineteen different federal departments and agencies, as shown on our "Our Practice" section of this webpage.
