We recognize that our clients all come from different means, and we strive to provide cost-effective representation. For example, prospective clients who are concerned about their rights as employees can obtain a flat-fee consultation that includes review of relevant documents, a complete breakdown of Virginia and federal employment law, and an explanation of the employee's options.

Employers can receive a quick tutorial to get their businesses into compliance with the law. We can provide assistance in preparing employee handbooks, conduct third party investigations into alleged employee misconduct, and act as an "on call" resource if a contracts, human resources, or other business-related issue arises.
Personal injury and medical malpractice can be permanent, life altering events for the victim. We recognize the sensitive nature of these cases and our attorneys strive to ensure the best representation possible during these difficult times.
