Founded in 2000, Feldman / Wertz was comprised of Aspen lawyers Alan Feldman and Jeff Wertz and located in Aspen Colorado. After more than 20 years of representing clients throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, Mr. Wertz decided it was time to move back to his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Today, Feldman/Wertz is a progressive law office providing counsel to select domestic and international transactional and litigation clients. Transactionally, we handle matters related to real estate and construction law, business and commercial matters small and large ranging from simple leasing issues to complex business matters. Alan has represented start-up businesses for 20 years helping them navigate the waters of owning, operating, and hopefully growing their businesses. In litigation, we represent clients in many aspects of commercial and civil litigation including personal injuries, business disputes, real estate and tenancy disputes, and land use matters. We offer a free, in-person initial consultation on matters for all new clients as well as flexible fee arrangements for all matters and contingent fee agreements on personal injury matters.
