Mr. Zhang Guohui, the founder of Meiying Immigration Law Firm, has been a member of the Chinese lawyer since 1999. After the millennium, Mr. Zhang Guohui went abroad to study in Europe, and obtained a Master of Laws in Investment and Trade Law from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 2002. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang Guohui went to the United States to study again, and obtained a master's degree in law from the University of California, Golden Gate in 2005. He then passed the U.S. National Bar-owned Qualification Examination and became a member of the New York State Bar in 2006, and is also an appellate practitioner recognized by the U.S. Ninth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. Subsequently, Mr. Zhang Guohui joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association and founded Meiying Immigration Law Firm in the same year.
