Chad W. Johnson is the founding member of Johnson Law, a law firm in Colorado that specializes in construction defect, real estate, personal injury, insurance coverage and bad faith, premises liability, automobile accidents, civil litigation, commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant HOA disputes. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.Mr. Johnson received his undergraduate degree from University of Minnesota-Duluth, graduating with distinction, and his law degree from the University of Denver. During his time at the University of Denver, Mr. Johnson was elected by his peers as the Most Outstanding Academic at the Sturm College of Law and was a member of the Civil Litigation Clinic, where he represented low-income clients in domestic violence and landlord-tenant cases. Additionally, Mr. Johnson proudly served in the Minnesota and Colorado Air National Guard from 2004 to 2011.Since his career began, Mr. Johnson has represented the largest developers and builders in Colorado in construction defect cases. Currently, he also represents homeowners throughout Colorado in construction defect and real estate nondisclosure cases, as well as contractors in all types of construction, contract, and insurance coverage matters.
