Plageman, Jr. A former managing partner of the Oakland office of Thelen, Marrin, Johnson & Bridges, Bill formed a new firm and with his experience, set the firm's practice areas - trusts and estates, real estate and general business law. Richard W. Lund joined the firm in 1993 bringing his extensive experience with real estate and construction litigation to the firm and became a partner in 1997. Elizabeth Boettger Cannon joined the firm in 2004 bringing her estate, tax and charitable planning expertise to the firm and became a partner in 2007.
