Hamlin Dispute Resolution

Founder Frank Hamlin set out many years ago to establish a dispute resolution firm built with well-trained and experienced mediators. His journey began in April, 1992 with his first mediation. He has been serving as a mediator and arbitrator since then with the last 22 years as a full time mediator and arbitrator. The other mediators in the firm have all been part of our organization for some years. Each of them have not only been through the basic certified mediator training course but have also completed numerous advanced mediator training courses and attended many dispute resolution seminars. Each of our mediators have conducted many mediations involving various types of cases. All of our mediators are members of national dispute resolution organizations and continue to receive further training through these organizations.



All mediators in our firm are committed to settle disputes regardless of the type of case in a comfortable and relaxed setting. We have conference centers in Little Rock, Arkansas, Bentonville, Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee with excellent space and accommodations. We also frequently mediate in towns throughout the mid-south portion of the United States and occasionally in states in another part of the country.



The mediation services provided by our firm save both time and money. It allows the parties to keep control of their case without a third party rendering a binding decision. Mediators guide the parties throughout the process but ultimately the decisions are made by the parties themselves.

Several of our mediators also have experience in serving as arbitrators, also on a variety of cases. Our conference centers in Little Rock and Memphis have sufficient space for conducting large arbitration sessions. Written binding decisions are rendered by the arbitrators after the close of the hearing.



Finally, our firm is blessed with two very experienced and professional administrators, Cassie Doggett and Laura Fortner, who coordinate all of the functions surrounding the scheduling and implementing of all that is necessary for a successful mediation or arbitration. In addition to their business functions, they coordinate the meals that are served and other special needs for mediation and arbitrations, regardless of their location.
