OUR FIRM

We are a small boutique firm founded over 50 years ago. Each attorney in the firm enjoys a distinguished reputation in their practice areas and each attorney has held numerous bar and community leadership roles. The firm has consistently held the "AV" designation from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest attainable ranking for ethical and legal ability.

Yet, if necessary, we are fully prepared to litigate matters. Our firm realizes the trust reposed in us by our clients, not only to protect and advance their interests but to do so under the highest ethical standards including, when appropriate, providing utmost privacy and confidentiality. Mr. Biel has previously served as the Chair of the State Bar's Professional Responsibility Committee. Ms. Stiles has served as Chair of the Vicinage's Ethics Committee and presently serves as its Secretary, appointed to that position by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
