Laurence Kutinsky of Orange CA has been honored with a recognition by U.S.News World Report in it's selection of "Best Law Firms 2017 California." Following the publication of Laurence Kutinsky's selection for U.S. News & World Report's Best Law Firms 2017- California list, American Registry seconded the honor and added Laurence Kutinsky to the "Registry of Business Excellence". An exclusive recognition plaque has been designed to commemorate this honor.

Laurence Kutinsky has been certified as a specialist in family law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California since 1985. With nearly 40 years of legal experience, he focuses his practice on a wide range of family law issues for clients throughout Orange County, including child custody, child support, divorce and separation, domestic violence, court order modification and enforcement, paternity issues and high-asset cases.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Boston University in 1971, Mr. Kutinsky received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1975. As a current member of the State Bar of California, he is admitted to practice before the state courts of that jurisdiction as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the state courts of Pennsylvania and New York.

In addition to being named among The Best Lawyers in America* and "Best Law Firms" in the area of family law from 2011 to 2017, Mr. Kutinsky has been rated AV Preeminent** by Martindale-Hubbell since 1997. His firm also earned a Tier 1 ranking in the 2017 listing of "Best Law Firms" issued jointly by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers. Mr. Kutinsky serves as a member of the Family Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. In the past, he has been an instructor in the areas of family law and legal ethics at Western State University College of Law.
