Our Managing Attorney, Mahyar Ghassemian, besides her law degree, has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physics and a technical background instructing engineering scientific classes. Construction cases are reliant upon experts, and analysis of numbers and plans. The ability to communicate with experts as a fellow scientist, and to translate complex scientific and engineering concepts and terminology into easily understood language is valuable for our clients as well as the Court and jury.
