James Budreau has thirty years of experience in state and federal court's throughout Massachusetts and New England. In addition to trying almost 20 homicides in the state court, Jim has tried federal cases alleging economic crimes, fire arm offenses, narcotics violations and complex conspiracies.

Attorney Budreau also represents clients in Title IX litigation and students facing disciplinary hearings for alleged misconduct at college.

He has recently obtained released orders for three consecutive clients based upon COVID 19 bail petitions. He is a fierce and knowledgeable advocate on this issue.
