Cons: The work environment at Kaufman Dolowich LLP is notably challenging, characterized by unrealistic expectations. Efforts to meet these demands often result in increasing workloads, with some support staff required to work around the clock, including weekends, holidays, and vacations. This relentless pressure contributes to a toxic work atmosphere.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat CultureAnonymous Employee ProsThere is a good worklife balance and culture. The managing partners are running a law firm, and the focus on billable hours comes with the occupation. They treat you fairly and are flexible. I have time with my family and I cannot say that about my last firm. They were very understanding with the pandemic and HR is always on top of things. They plan events to bring everyone together. You get to work with some really good people.ConsThe billable hours, but that comes with litigation. At least you get paid a big bonus for hitting the hours.
