Montgomery Patent & Design, LLC

Mr. Montgomery is the Founder and President of Montgomery Patent & Design and is registered as a Patent Agent within the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He holds both Chemistry and Chemical Engineering degrees. Mr. Montgomery has prepared, filed, prosecuted and had awarded over 500 patents in a variety of genres, as well as having performed thousands of patent searches. Before founding MP&D, Mr. Montgomery's experience included chemical research projects, design and implementation of environmental regulatory instrumentation, and operational management of a frontline production facility with large international companies.
