Cary Hammond passed away in January, 2013 and Jerome Diekemper withdrew as a principal in June, 2006 and is now practicing as an arbitrator/mediator. Since its inception the firm has specialized in labor and employee benefits law.
Rick Shinners, the firm's Managing Principal, along with Greg Campbell, Janine Martin, Emily Perez, and Mary Lindmark are all actively involved in labor law and/or employee benefits law.
