Started in 1983 by Ron Baird in Springfield, Missouri, John Lightner joined him in 1984 to help create the locally owned but nationally recognized law firm that is Baird Lightner Millsap. Mark Millsap followed in 1992 bringing his family law expertise. Over the past quarter century, our firm has continued to grow.
