Advice to law firm management: Just disband. You guys had a good run. Do not give the rest of Singapore IP a bad name thanks.

Pros: - If you can get into the good books of the lady boss you will be well taken care of.
- Very comprehensive training program.
- Good exposure to clients from all over the world.

Cons: - Incredibly toxic. People are just trying to bury each other to impress the lady boss, resulting in a high turnover rate.
- Management expects high standards of work for minimal pay.
- If you rub upper management the wrong way prepare to get fired even if you are an excellent worker as the firm is more concerned about who can suck up to the lady boss rather than who can perform the task well.
- They always want to suck up to Western companies and behave like they are white when in fact they are Asian.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Lixia. She LOVES to suck up to the big boss by complaining about the staff to make herself look good. She thinks she is a lawyer but does not know anything about legal practice and is not even qualified to practice.
