Dehghani and Associates, LLC is a full service law firm with offices in New Haven, Connecticut. One of our recent successes was settling a wrongful death lawsuit in May, 2011 for $3.25 million dollars.

The firm was founded by Attorney Kevin Dehghani in 1999. Since then, the firm has seen an exponential growth in its caseload and clientele and has itself grown in size and personnel.

We have been involved in representation of clients before all courts of the State of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City, New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in Hartford, Connecticut, and various other Immigration offices around the country. We have also represented clients before the Immigration Court in Hartford, and other immigration courts around the country, as well as Board of Immigration Appeals. Attorney Dehghani is licensed in the State of Connecticut, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States Tax Court and the Mohegan Tribe Gaming Disputes Court. We can practice immigration in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We are pleased to say that we have had many successes before federal courts in immigration matters.
