Our four partners have practiced together since 1994 and have nearly 90 years of combined experience defending civil claims throughout Kentucky, and in some cases outside the state. The firm also employs two associates.

The firm's historic and continuing focus is on civil litigation primarily for defendants. Our caseload has included commercial claims, personal injury claims, employment practice and discrimination claims, defective construction claims, product liability claims, business claims, insurance contract claims, bad faith claims and civil rights claims.

All five of our attorneys are admitted to practice before all Kentucky courts as well as the Federal District Courts in Kentucky and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We are centrally located in Lexington, Kentucky and have defended cases in virtually every jurisdiction in the state.
