Diane Currier founded Currier Law Offices LLC in 2012 after spending over 30 years at Goodwin Procter, first as an associate and then a partner, in the tax, estate planning and non-profit practices. We are a boutique estate planning law firm specializing in estate planning for high net worth individuals and families. Our clients include private equity and hedge fund managers, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, corporate executives, professional athletes, and owners of closely-held businesses. We provide a range of services from basic estate planning (wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney and health care proxies) to complex strategies aimed at minimizing taxes associated with inter-generational wealth transfers (e.g., gift and GST trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, insurance trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnerships and charitable trusts). We pride ourselves on creating plans that reflect the client's family culture and values as well as achieving his or her tax and financial goals. In addition, we advise clients on all aspects of income, estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer and charitable tax planning.
