We have litigated extensively before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators, from the National Labor Relations Board to federal and state appellate courts. Our clients have regularly called on us to handle the most difficult and complicated legal issues. While we will vigorously litigate on behalf of our clients when appropriate and necessary, we also recognize that full-scale litigation is not always desirable. We are experienced in negotiating favorable settlement agreements and in finding creative solutions to resolve formal disputes while maintaining each client's business objectives.
