THE MOBILE CLOSER?

Mr. Ckezepis? family has always been involved in residential real estate. His father began his real estate adventures in the 1980s in California. When Mr. Ckezepis? family moved here in the early 1990s, his father wanted to bring the west coast real estate mentality to the South.

?I will never forget the stories my dad has told me about real estate in his early days. ?Son, there would be lines of cars outside of the sellers? home, and buyers would come in one at a time, present their offer, and the sellers would make a decision that day.? Fast forward to today ? technology has changed the approach but the market can still have that same effect on Buyers and Sellers.?

Mr. Ckezepis attended Appalachian State University where he majored in Communications with a focus on Electronic/Media Broadcasting. Upon graduation, he pursued a legal education at Charlotte School of Law.

Having lived in the Charlotte area since 1994, Justin Ckezepis is passionate about the people and communities in North Carolina. Mr. Ckezepis currently lives in Cornelius and enjoys spending time with his family, boating on Lake Norman, and rooting for the Panthers, Hornets & Hounds ? Charlotte?s own professional sporting teams.
