Preparing for Court
Every case is different, and considering the serious implications of claiming a medical product is dangerous, every detail must be investigated. The first thing we do is discuss the case with our clients and review important information. This is a mutually beneficial conversation as clients learn more about the legal process and we obtain material to start building an argument.

As the case proceeds and new information is uncovered, we keep regular contact with clients so that we can exchange information. Our founding attorney, Kyle Johnston, formerly worked as a lawyer in large healthcare companies. As the case develops, he has unique insight as to how the defense will react to new evidence, and plan accordingly. If it appears that a settlement is not going to be a satisfactory end to this matter, we will go to trial to fight for what the client deserves.

We are a contingency only firm. This means that we investigate and argue cases through to the end without charging any fees unless the client receives compensation.
