Over 21 years ago, Rob began his law practice representing insurance companies and other large corporations. For almost five years, he worked for two larger law firms defending these corporate clients in state and federal court in South Carolina and Tennessee. However, for the last 16 years, Rob has been focused on representing individuals and businesses as plaintiffs in a wide variety of contract, tort and property matters in South Carolina. Having litigated cases on "both sides of the fence," he has a broad understanding of the numerous claims and defenses asserted by the parties.

Since opening Hadden Law Firm, LLC in 2008, Rob has continued to be a lawyer focused on a few basic things: providing excellent legal representation, candid advice and real value to his clients. In 2018, Rob was nominated by his peers for inclusion in the Legal Elite edition of the Charleston Business Magazine under the Personal Injury practice area.

When he is not practicing law, Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, playing tennis and watching his children play sports.
