We are a small law firm based in White Plains, New York, thirty minutes north of Grand Central Station. Our attorneys began their careers at large New York City firms, where they learned to adhere to the highest standards in their work and professional relationships. We bring "big firm skills" to a small firm setting, where we are able to maintain close working relationships with our clients, some of whom have been with us since our firm was founded in 1996. Our practice areas are diverse and somewhat eclectic, reflecting our individual backgrounds. Much of our work involves acting as "general counsel" to businesses in a wide range of industries. We represent real estate developers, chocolate makers, accounting firms, spirits producers, apparel manufacturers, branding agencies, medical professionals, restaurant chains, market researchers, educators, retailers, Internet marketing firms, artificial intelligence companies and many others. In our entertainment law practice, among others we represent filmmakers, record companies, musicians, book publishers, comic book artists, sculptors, painters, magicians, live theater companies and producers of video games. Our clients come from all over the world. We enjoy learning their industries as they come to us, and are constantly applying our skills to new clients and circumstances.

We have experience in many areas of intellectual property law (including trademark and copyright counseling, registration, and litigation), Internet law, branding and marketing, employment law, constitutional law, shareholder rights, data security, privacy and publicity rights, real estate (including coop and condo matters) and a variety of other areas. We handle all aspects of corporate activity, from start-up through exit, counseling our clients on business structure and strategy, negotiating and drafting complex agreements and handling a range of corporate transactions.

We are proud to represent entrepreneurs, and usually continue with them as their creations grow, are sold or conduct roll-ups. In all parts of our practice, we are able to counsel clients and prepare appropriate documentation, as well as litigate if it becomes necessary.
