You will work with a variety of technology areas, assisting with our current load of district court and PTAB litigation, pre-litigation matters, technology licensing, and patent prosecution. You will also have the opportunity to pursue strategic growth opportunities with the support of the firm. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, takes ownership of projects, enjoys having a varied practice, and is seeking challenging substantive projects in a more flexible environment than traditional large law firms.
