"I sincerely believe in people over profits, which is why I choose to use my experience and skills to fight big insurance companies and corporations."
Frank Hartman is a Charleston SC car accident attorney, personal injury attorney, motorcycle accident attorney
The Hartman Law Firm, LLC was established by Frank Hartman in 2011 in Charleston, South Carolina. Frank worked with a prominent local firm prior to opening his own firm. During the three years of his employment, Hartman tripled the settlement results for his clients.
After this experience, Frank concluded that large plaintiff firms put their own bottom line above their clients' best interests. These firms settled their clients' cases on a case volume practice, rather than obtaining the best results for their clients. Frank saw this practice as profit over people.
Insurance companies are well aware of the reputation for large firms to settle cases for less than their actual values. Because of this, they offer significantly less compensation, knowing these claims are likely to settle anyway.
Frank Hartman opened his own Charleston firm so he could help his clients get the best results. He knows the people of South Carolina deserve better.
Frank Hartman concentrates his legal practice in several areas, specializing in cases concerning auto accidents, on the job injuries, slip and falls, trucking injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. The Hartman Law Firm recently won a settlement of $230,000 on behalf of a Beaufort, SC woman involved in a slip and fall accident. Had she died, the maximum possible recovery would have been $300,000.00.
Mr. Hartman is a local boy who returned to serve his home town. Born at the Baptist Hospital in Columbia, SC, his family moved to the Isle of Palms when he was two years old.
