Ciklin Lubitz was originally formed in 1985 by the merger of three existing, boutique law firms:

Boose Ciklin Martens Lubitz (Land use, litigation and real estate law)
Casey & McBane (Corporate law tax and construction litigation)
O'Connell and O'Connell (Real estate, estate planning, probate and guardianship)

The firm's emphasis on collaborative client relationships is supported by long-term stability among attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the professional team. Many of the Ciklin Lubitz employees have been with the firm for more than 15 years, with several serving since the firm's inception.
