When litigation is the necessary path, partner Greg Lynch is "the" attorney many choose to ensure their rights and interests are protected. Admitted to practice before all Oregon courts, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the US. Supreme Court, Greg Lynch is also a recognized mediator and Judge Pro Tem.

Partner Jason Conger is a former member of the Oregon Legislature, a teaching fellow at the Harvard Department of Government, and adjunct professor of law at the University of San Diego School of Law. Jason provides seasoned counsel to companies in the healthcare, medical device, mobile app, business services, manufacturing, and software industries, and new, emerging businesses important to Oregon's economic growth.

Partner Lori Murphy is well known and highly regarded for her expertise in land use law and estate planning. In Central Oregon ? and throughout all of Oregon ? much hinges on the skill of an experienced "dirt" and "death" law attorney. In land use, Lori assists clients with code enforcement matters, conditional use permits, zone changes, and land use appeals. For estate planning, she enjoys business succession planning. Her estate planning clients span the breadth of young families looking to name guardians for their children to the multi-million dollar business owner seeking retirement counsel. Her estate administration practice includes the representation of individuals who are administering decedents' estates, including estates related to personal injury, wrongful-death or class-action suits, and guardians of minors' estates.

Partner John Davis heads the firm's Portland Office. Honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, John represents clients in business and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, business succession planning, and estate planning. John has assisted clients in negotiating and selling a multi-million dollar medical systems provider, served as a principal negotiator and drafter for dozens of assets and stock sale transactions for Northwest corporations, and has assisted public, private and institutional commercial lenders in closing and negotiating over $1 billion in commercial loans. He represented District 26 in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2013 to 2017.

Jill Gibson's diverse legal experience makes her uniquely qualified to represent clients in civil litigation. She gained invaluable litigation skills working as a federal and state prosecutor and as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. She earned an in-depth understanding of politics and an appreciation for pragmatic policies while working for the U.S. Department of Justice as she advocated for the department's policy priorities with the U.S. Congress, White House, and various federal agencies. She has also worked as an attorney and legislative director in the Oregon Legislature.

Tami MacLeod has extensive experience in real estate law, having worked with developers, lenders and financial institutions, real estate professionals, title companies, and stakeholders for more than 20 years. Tami also guides owners' associations through their general governance, providing practical solutions to unique problems that manifest within planned communities and condominiums.

Attorney Shannon McCabe is an associate in the litigation practice group of Lynch Conger. A native of Prineville, Shannon understands the real need in rural areas of Oregon for legal assistance. Shannon focus her practice on civil litigation, construction, real estate and land use law. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a Central Oregon real estate broker.

Associate Ben Becker began his career representing school districts, ESD's and community colleges across Oregon, litigating in court, and when beneficial to his clients, negotiating settlements. In 2015, he became a prosecutor in Klamath and Crook counties, presenting cases at trial, in mediation, and negotiating resolutions in hundreds of Oregon cases. Ben's philosophy is to approach every dispute with "common sense problem solving."

Associate, Norman Levedahl began his career as an commercial banker with US Bank and asset manager with HRI Properties prior to the practice of law. During law school, Norman was an intern analyst with Grubb and Ellis (now Newmark Knight Frank) and the Berkeley Land Company.
