The T. J. Davis Law Firm was founded by Attorney Timberly J. Davis in 2007 out of a vision for a firm that would empower ordinary people who needed strong representation in achieving justice in the overwhelming court system. The firm has grown to encompass all facets of legal practice, including Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation in the areas of Family, Personal Injury, Employment, Discrimination, Consumer Law, Wills and Probate, and provides expert representation to both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

With three attorneys licensed to practice in the Federal District Courts, the subject matter has ranged from matters involving large corporate entities and agencies of state and federal governments as well as traffic tickets and municipal violations tried in the Texas Justice of the Peace Courts. The firm has represented clients in matters throughout the State of Texas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Missouri, and Ohio.

The firm has built upon its founding vision by representing numerous high-profile criminal defense cases that tested the social justice sensibilities in the courts. The firm handles EEOC and other cases defending important issues of civil rights and social justice. Along with the firm's regular practice, the attorneys are on numerous court appointment lists for indigent clients, including the Texas Pardons and Paroles Board.
