The Noble Law Firm represents people on appeal and in postconviction proceedings.

We are a team of attorneys who advocate for our clients in the appellate courts and trial courts throughout Colorado. We work with our clients to fully understand their case and to identify their claims, and we counsel our clients through the complex layers of appellate and postconviction review.

In the appellate courts, we challenge felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile adjudications, denials of postconviction relief, dependency and neglect adjudications, protection orders, attorney sanctions, and other judgments.

In the trial courts, we pursue postconviction relief, including claims of ineffective assistance of counsel, withdrawal of guilty pleas, and illegal or unconstitutional sentences. We also pursue petitions for judicial review of magistrate's rulings, petitions for sealing of convictions, petitions for deregistration from the sex offender registry, and petitions for expungement of convictions and juvenile adjudications.

We have represented clients in hundreds of appeals and postconviction proceedings, and we have successfully argued for our clients in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and in the district courts and county courts in Colorado.
