Cons: This firm has become a difficult place to work. There is a lack of support, and more responsibilities are continuously added without any additional resources or assistance. The expectations for daily operations are unrealistic, and there is an imbalance in the organization, with too many "leaders" and not enough people to do the actual work. A few years ago, it was a decent place to be, but it has since shifted to a corporate-like atmosphere where employees are treated more like numbers than individuals.
