Since 1957, Stockwell, Harris, Woolverton & Helphrey has been a preeminent force in the California Workers' Compensation defense community. Since our inception as Weingand, Kendig and Stockwell, we have devoted our practice to meet the legal needs of the California risk management industry. Our firm has considerable expertise in all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense, including Serious and Willful Misconduct Claims, claims filed under Labor Code Section 132(a) and S.I.U. claims.
