Walsh, as the spinoff of the litigation practice group maintained by another firm. A guiding purpose in the founding and operation of the firm has been to provide clients and referring lawyers with seasoned litigators experienced in complex matters, who are willing to provide the personal attention expected by business clients at reasonable billing rates.
