Callahan & Blaine is a highly regarded law firm that offers a great workplace for those dedicated to their work. The firm offers competitive benefits, including bonuses, and the management team is supportive and encouraging of independent, self-starters. The firm has a wide variety of cases and provides a good learning environment. The work atmosphere is fast-paced, and clients and callers can be rude at times. The dress code is business and tie, but there is the option of casual dress on Fridays. The firm emphasizes making money as a priority, which some may find off-putting. There is little chance to work remotely, and office hours are Monday-Friday. The firm also hosts old-school drinking parties, where attendance is implicitly mandatory, which may be off-putting to some. However, these are minor downsides to working at Callahan & Blaine, and the overall experience is one of hard work and dedication that will be rewarded with great job experience.
