Everyday, I get to come into a dynamic and fun office and spend time with brilliantly minded kind people. Our office space is teaming with life, food, laughter, and creativity. My boss and my coworkers encourage me to be myself and they allow for me to take time to pursue my other passions while working at this firm.ConsThis firm is growing very quickly and with that expansion does come growing pains, however, I have never seen a challenge Edelson cannot conquer and I believe the firm will iron out the minor kinks as it settles into itself. These obstacles are small - for example, a task not being delegated, or a scheduling issue - and they are addressed at each occurrence.
