Serving our Community- We devote substantial time and resources to the betterment of our community. Members of the firm have held leadership positions in a wide variety of community organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Council, the Community Foundation, Naples City Council, Naples Planning Advisory Board, Avow Hospice, The Community School of Naples, Naples Art Association, the Library Advisory Board, The Friends of Rookery Bay, Leadership Collier and Leadership Florida. In recognition of service to the community, John Passidomo and his wife were named Citizens of the Year by the Naples Daily News in 2000, and in 2003 he and Ed Cheffy were inducted into the Business Leadership Hall of Fame by Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida. Serving our Profession- Members of the firm have served as President of the Collier County Bar Association, President of the Trial Lawyers and Real Estate Sections of the Collier County Bar, Chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission, President of the Inns of Court, and Chair of the Grievance Committee for the 20th Judicial Circuit. We have served on and chaired various committees for The Florida Bar, and we have devoted countless hours to speaking at seminars sponsored by The Florida Bar, local bar associations and other lawyers' organizations. High school mock trial teams coached by members of our firm have won two state championships. In recognition of service to our profession, members of our firm have received The Florida Bar's Pro Bono Service Award and the Collier County Judiciary's Lion of the Law Award. In 2012, Cheffy Passidomo was named Law Firm of the Year by the Legal Aid Service of Collier County.
