We represent clients before the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review ("EOIR"), specifically before the United States Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"). We also prepare employment-based visas and appear before the United States Department of Labor and the Backlog Elimination Centers in Philadelphia and Dallas. We represent clients who require consular processing and appear before the United States Department of State and various U.S. Consulates. We appear before all other relevant federal agencies.
