Flaster/Greenberg is a law firm that has been in operation since 1972. It has a stellar reputation locally and nationally, and is geared towards growth in all fields of law. The firm provides a lot of great benefits to its employees such as free parking, flexibility with work schedules, and convenient location. Additionally, there is great communication between management and employees.

However, despite these positive features, there are some drawbacks to working at the firm. Employees have noted that there is too much freedom which can lead to getting lost with goals. The PTO time allotted is low, and annual salary increases are minimal across the board and are not based on merit. Additionally, there have been some reports of immature and rude people, and the administration is not doing anything to address the issue.

Overall, Flaster/Greenberg is a law firm that is well-respected in the legal field, and provides great benefits to its employees. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed in order to ensure a positive work environment for all.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearExcellent place to workAnonymous Employee in Cherry Hill, NJ ProsFG is truly a familial environment. Everyone cares about each other, the firm is very flexible and makes an effort to provide extra "perks" for its employees.
