Alan Naggatz graduated with his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University in and received his law degree from Northern Illinois University. He has also received a Master's in Business Administration from Purdue University Northwest. In 1993 he became licensed to practice in both Indiana and Illinois. After working as a deputy prosecutor and an associate attorney, he opened his own practice in 2002.
