Brittanie L. James
Attorney Brittanie L. James is a Florida Bar Board certified immigration lawyer practicing in Vero Beach, Florida. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Attorney James dedication to immigration law first began during an internship in high school where she immediately developed a passion for fighting for immigrants? rights, and to keep families together. She then went on to complete her bachelor?s degree at the University of Miami in 2009; and then graduated from the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2011 (Cum Laude). Attorney James is a Florida Board certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. She is one out of only 78 lawyers certified for this in the state of Florida; there are no others in Indian River, Saint Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee or Brevard Counties. She has also participated in trainings for other attorneys on visas for victims of human trafficking.
Brittanie has handled a wide spectrum of cases with experience both at one of the largest business immigration firms in the country and also at a small private practice. Kathileen Garcia

Born and raised in Indian River county, Kathileen Garcia is James Immigration Law?s capable and dedicated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Before joining James Immigration Law, Ms. Garcia worked for nine years in the medical industry. Being a first generation Mexican American, Ms. Garcia is very familiar with the immigration system in the United States. Ms. Garcia?s husband went through a rocky immigration process without the educated guidance of James Immigration Law. Since then, she has become a passionate advocate for those seeking legal immigration advice. Kathileen Garcia is a welcome addition to the James Immigration law team to support those looking to immigrate to the United States of America.
Maria Aguero

Born and raised in New York City, NY, Maria Aguero moved to Miami Florida when she was thirteen years old where she finished her education. In 2007, Ms. Aguero enrolled in the legal studies program at Keiser University and graduated in 2009 with an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. As the first in her immediate family to obtain a college degree, she followed her passion for learning and graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2011 with a bachelor?s degree in Legal Studies. Ms. Aguero is a passionate crusader for her client?s rights and joined James Immigration Law Firm because it closely mirrored her own work ethos and ideals; helping families in need, keeping them together and helping make their lives better through the opportunities presented within the United States.
Elsa Roman
Senior Case Manager
Elsa Roman is James Immigration Law?s Senior Case Manager. Originally born in Mexico, Ms. Roman first came to the United States when she was eleven years old. Being an immigrant to the United States herself, Ms. Roman is uniquely qualified to act as a liaison between James Immigraton Law?s clients and the firm?s attorneys. Ms. Roman is bilingual in Spanish and English, and is dedicated to making sure all of her clients are treated honestly, with respect and with the greatest amount of care possible. Like all of the staff at James Immigration Law Firm, Ms. Roman believes in keeping families together and providing knowledgeable advice to achieve the best possible outcome.
Edwin Estrada

Originally born in Medellin, Colombia, Edwin Estrada has resided in the United States on and off since he was three years old. Mr. Estrada graduated from Florida International University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Coming from a family of immigrants, Mr. Estrada is uniquely qualified to represent his clients and champion for the best possible outcome for their case. Mr. Estrada believes it is important to be empathetic to each person?s immigrant experience and is proud to work for a law firm that reflects his own values.
Cynthia Reyes

Like many of her colleagues at James Immigration Law, Cynthia Reyes is a first-generation child of immigrants to the United States. The daughter of Salvadoran and Mexican immigrants, Ms. Reyes is extremely familiar with the immigration process of the United States, and also understands that empathy and expert knowledge are vital for those looking for a better way of life in America. Ms. Reyes has an A.A.S Business Administration Degree and is dedicated to assisting all her clients with integrity and compassion.
Sara Jawhar
Office Manager
Sara Jawhar is James Immigration Law?s Office Manager and isn?t just an employee ? but she was previously a client. Ms. Jawhar was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon and moved to the United States in 2013 when she met her husband. James Immigration Law firm helped her achieve residency in the United States in 2014, and later in 2017 the firm helped her obtain her citizenship. Ms. Jawhar is dedicated to bringing the same level of care and expertise she experienced with her own immigration case with James Immigration Law, to all of its future clients as well.
